How is the watch personalized?
The caseback can be engraved with up to two lines, with up to 20 characters per line.
Is personalization included?
Yes. Custom caseback engraving is included in the product price.
What is the difference between the gift boxes?
The Standard Gift Box provides a classic presentation. The Luxury LED Gift Box adds a more premium presentation with built-in illumination when opened.
How long does my order take?
Each watch is personalized before shipment. We are currently validating production and delivery timing with our own sample order and will publish a recommended order-by window before launch.
Can I change my engraving after I order?
Because personalization can move into production quickly, contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee changes after production has started.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrectly personalized?
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or personalized incorrectly because of an error on our side, contact us and we will work to make it right.
Can I return a personalized watch if I change my mind?
Personalized products are made specifically for the recipient, so change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted. We will publish our complete refund policy before launch.
